Tina and Amanda

Tina Louise has been a author, performer and actress in the US for more than forty years. Her most well-known role is for her role as Ginger Grant (in the 60s TV show Gilligan's Island). Bettle's Two's Company musical was the first stage production in which she appeared for her first stage appearance. She then acted in several Broadway shows before becoming a star on national stage with Li'l Abner in 1957. She released her album It's Too Late for Tina in the following year. Louise was the first to make her debut in Hollywood as Griselda Walden in God's little Acre, a film about drama that was released in 1958.The movie received wide acclaim as well as Louise was awarded the Golden Globe Award in the New Star of the Year category. She was enrolled at Actors Studio, New York at the time, and later became Lee Strasberg's pupil. The next notable role she played as Ginger Grant, which CBS was the first to sign her on to play in the year 1964. Louise Balfour continued to successfully juggle between Broadway as well as Hollywood acting as a sombre character against her famous image as an attractive doll. Amanda Tapping..........................Amanda Tapping is best known for her acting roles as Samantha Carter in the series Stargate. The series also featured her as Helen Magnus in Sanctuary although during the past couple of years she has also made an impact as a director who has been successful in various well-known television shows including Supernatural as well as The 100. Born in Essex on the 28th of August, 1965. The family moved to Toronto for her childhood. Samantha Carter settled in Vancouver in Canada following her choice for the lead role.
